Steve - I'm admin for 3198.toastmastersclubs.org and several of my members are having trouble resetting passwords - they follow the steps but then are NOT getting the email to click on link for the reset - they are checking their spam and not seeing the email from there (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) - I have done this procedure in four of my local club websites with no trouble, BUT they say they are not getting the password reset in their email bocx - i've checked two of them and their emails are correct and on the regular TI website as bonafide members - any hints you can give me to give to them? I get the email from the server that says they've requested a password reset - - any help at all would be WONDERFUL - thanks, Toni Leiboff, DTM in Sierra Vista AZ

Okay, I figured out my problem, internal emails on my website were NOT correct, (but TI website emails were correct) so I updated them, and now waiting for members try again, thanks, Toni, club 3198, district 3 in AZ
