Hello and thank you for your help.

Our members are experiencing issues with printing the agenda on one page. As good world citizens we make efforts to save paper and would like to avoid two-page agendas. We have not made any changes to our weekly agenda template, nor have we made any changes to what we choose to print on the weekly agenda, but we are seeing a change in how it appears on the agenda when we attempt to print it.

Previously, Speaker Information appeared very compact, like this:

Speaker #1

Manual / Speech / Time: "MANUAL NAME"
"PROJECT NUMBER AND TITLE AND TIME"
Speech Title: "SPEECH TITLE"


Currently, we see extra wrapping of this information, as well as a blank line between the project number/speech time and the Speech Title line and it appears less compact, like this:

Speaker #2

Manual / Speech / Time:
"MANUAL NAME"
"PROJECT NUMBER AND TITLE AND TIME"

Speech Title:
"TITLE"

As you can see, this takes up significantly more space on our agenda, especially when you multiply it by 3 speakers. We prefer to keep this info on the agenda. Can you help us understand if this is a result of a change made on your side? Is it something that can be corrected on your side? We would also like to avoid having to manipulate the agenda in another program as this is time consuming and frustrating for our members.

We hope you can help us alleviate this frustration for our members. We want to keep them happy and coming back!
