I added a custom message as an Admin but now I do not want it to appear but I get a message that says Clear the message contents when I click to send out the agenda via email but if I click yes then it appears but if I click no then it does not input it. How can I stop this?

Too vague... Do you mean the Agenda Email function? Please provide specifics and a screen capture if that helps explain it.

I need a better understanding how to use custom message?
Sometimes it is saved but then it appears and sometimes it is not there?

See attached screen shots.

1-How do I delete a custom message so that it does not come up again?
2-Can you explain clear the message content message?
3- when does this function apply?
4-proper way to insert an image such as toastmasters globe? I put one in but doesn't show when received?

The custom message for agenda emails is not intended to be saved "permanently" automatically. If you want to save that message for re-use, then create an email template from the provided Email Tools drop-down. That is what the templates are for.

The only way that the custom message is kept is that it is retained between screen refreshes. if you send an email then close the dialog and then later open it, before a screen refresh, then you will probably get the clear message prompt.

Screen refreshes reset everything... A screen refresh is like a restart of the page and its functions. Thus, if you did not save your email message, it will be gone unless you save it as a template.

Note that this is different than the email *settings", which are saved in local storage/cookies on your computer. My presumption is that while you will probably use the same settings over and over, you will probably use a different email message, so it is not saved unless you make a template.

Everytime I go in to send the email agenda my custom message appears.

How do I get rid of it? It is basically my signature that I wanted to set up below:

I can't find where the email template is? I looked under Email and contact forms? How would I use it for sending an agenda with a standard message?

Well, if you set up a signature, it will show up every time.

Otherwise, clear out the message via the prompt.

It is in the Email Agenda dialog. Look... it is there in the tools drop-down.

Oh! I see.

Last question - is it possible to add an image in signature? I put one in of the toastmasters globe that worked the first time but the image doesn't appear now?

I think the image was up loaded from my computer and not uploaded into the website first. I will check that out.

I can add the image to my email template but not my signature.

Can you enhance that feature in the future to add images to signature?

Thank you for everything that you do.

I think that I now know how to use those new email tools.

i love it.

You can copy from one editor to another.

Therefore, to add an image to your signature, just use a different editor (e.g. the message one) to set up your signature w/ the image. Then just copy that and paste into the signature editor.

You have to be very careful using images in emails... I try hard to make them work, but they are not the same as in your website. You need to test to make sure they are showing up in the **recipients email**. Simply put, there are a lot of things outside my control that can break the visibility of images in emails.
