Hi, our previous VP Membership always received emails from our Club. I sent a welcome message to our new member and he also received it. His email is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., this is not the first time he receives email :( I tried to change the settings several times in the e-mail and contact forms but nothing happens. I attached a link for your reference.

Can you please check if my settings are correct or what other option I can do so he don't get spam with emails.

Please post the email header for the email he says he received so we can see where it is coming from.

Please check your club archive email address account for any forwarding rules...

I am not sure why, I changed the setting several times at the E-mail & Contact Forms and he still getting emails. His email is This email address is being protected from spambots. There is no need to post multiple times... please read our posts and follow our directions.

I'm not sure if this is the archive club email. I attached a photo and I'm not certain if my setting is correct.

You are not understanding.

Brian requested that you supply the email headers from one of the email that your VPM is receiving. These are typically gotten from inside his email agent via a command like "view email source" or "view email headers" or similar.

The headers will tell us if the emails are the result of your archive email address or something else.

Can you please help me with the spam email that Martin gets from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. He is no longer a VP-Membership in our club but still getting inquiries from non-member. I already removed his name in the "Mail & Contact Forms" several months ago. I think he is still listed as an officer in Toastmasters International. Can this get corrected, please.

While we are Toastmasters members, we are not directly connected to WHQ... you will need to talk to them about changes on their website. We cannot do anything about that.

The emails are coming through the District 72 email system, not Toastmasters International. You need to update your club details on the Toastmasters NZ Club Finder.
