There is a lot of good Pathways information in Base Camp.

However, members have to log in to access it, which can be kind of a pain.

What I would like some assistance to do is to download all of the Project Descriptions and Evaluation Forms so that we can upload those to the FreeToastHost server.

Once we have those on the FTH server then I should just be able to provide a link to that information. For example, when you select a project for a speech in the agenda, then I could make the code provide links to the relevant Project Description and Evaluation Form to make it easy to access those without having to log into Base Camp.

However, it takes time to download all of those. If we split them up and each of us downloaded a few then we should be able to finish this off quickly.

If you have ever thought of contributing to FreeToastHost, this would be a great way to help that will just take a bit of your time. Please download some of the Pathways Project Descriptions or Evaluation Forms from Base Camp and upload them here to this thread as attachments. (PDFs are allowed here)

Once this the whole collection of Project Descriptions and Evaluation Forms have been uploaded, I will take it from there...

Now we just need some help downloading everything so we can upload it to our server and I can get some links created on the agenda to simplify accessing it.

I tried to use a mass downloader, but I was unsuccessful with that.

Just download as many Project Description PDFs and Evaluation Form PDFs from Base Camp as you can.
(I am assuming you know where to find them in Base Camp.)

When all of them have been downloaded, I will create a folder on the server to store them in. Then I can take it from there and create the links in the agendas to them.

Can I create folders in the test site and load them there for now?

I think that will be fine. If you can name them so that the Project Descriptions and the Evaluation Forms are sorted together in groups that would help.

Is this what you are thinking of, but with individual PDFs as well as the evaluation forms?

Well that is all the Project Descriptions spliced together, but I am suspicious that document is outdated. I believe George Marshall created that early last year, so unless you can verify that it is still current and up to date, I would just work on the downloads.

I do want separate files. Also want the Project Evaluation Forms... specifically the fillable PDF versions, not the static versions that WHQ erroneously plugged into the project content.

The idea is that when you pick a Pathways project from the project drop-down, a link to the Project Description and another link to the Evaluation Form would be exposed to allow you to load those up and view them from the FTH server.

Pathways catalogue Ver 2 has description of all the projects of pathways. Is it possible that we have this PDF which have hyperlinks for each project description. I have uploaded that pdf . Will this be useful or we need to have separate documents for each project description

EliteOman... no I need separate documents. Pointing someone to a long document that they have to wade through to find the information they need is definitely NOT what I want.

Steve, our Paths and Projects catalog is still current. As best I can tell, WHQ has not changed a single word in any of the project descriptions since we built it. It is hardly a document someone has to "wade through", since it is hyperlinked from path to project to project description - three clicks to get to any project description, which is far easier than scrolling through a very long list of projects.

This is the most useful Pathways document anywhere on the internet.

Steve, I've put all of the Evaluation Resources into a folder called P (for Pathways) on the Test site.

The Purpose Statements are the first item on each evaluation - do we need them again in separate files?

Are these Ice Breaker Project pdf and separate Ice Breaker evaluation pdf examples of what you need?

I was a Pathways guide for the rollout of our area this past fall and put together PDF's for all projects and electives. Would this be of interest? Let me know and I can provide for the complete Paths and levels

I have all the project descriptions downloaded in a folder (58 files). Do you still need them? I did not rename them and they are a bit cryptic. For example the sample i attached,
