Paul Scharf of Brunswick #4646.

I am trying to add Prasant Khurana to my club. He says he is working on the Pathways program but I did not see his acceptance of the system. Is he a member?

You have to contact Toastmasters International to ask them if aember is setup on pathways.

Member info is attached. TI says that he is in there list and is doing Pathways. Why can't I see it in our club membership list.


That is *irrelevant*. We have said *many times* on here that we are not connected in any way to the TI database... TI will not allow that. Therefore, unless someone from your club has actually entered that person in your club membership management list, you should not expect to find him there.

if you want to see something about where is member is in pathways then one of the base camp managers has to log into pathways at toastmasters.org.

If you want to see what a member has done in the agenda then you look on your club website and check the role reports.

As far as i can see no one has entered Mr. Khurana into your club website. The site admin or deligate has to add each member manually.

This thread also explains how you can resend the email yourself.

Lastly, are you sure that Mr. Khurana would be OK with you putting his contact information in a forum post in a publicly accessible forum where *anyone* could see it? (Think carefully about this.)

I received a notice that Prasant Khurana has been added to the Brunswick club list. However he has not been added and I am unable to access his name . When will this be corrected?

Mr.Khurana was added to the Prospect list by has not approved the addition. He has to click the link in the email that he was sent.

I have resent the privacy email that he has to approve.

Due to new privacy regulations and "best practices", when people are added to one of the Membership Management lists, they will also automatically be sent an "opt-in" email in which they must click a link within 30 days to be activated in the system. Until they are activated, they are filtered out of selection lists and are unreachable via FreeToastHost email. If they fail to opt in within the 30 day period, their information will be deleted. If any of the newly added people have misplaced the "opt-in" email for some reason, you can re-send it here. First select the people from the above list, then click the "Resend Opt-Ins" button below.
You should follow-up with the people added to verify that they received the opt-in email.
