When you accept cookies, there is a data transfer to the server that occurs.
If you are on a slow connection it may take a bit to complete.

mwfegan Visitor	Speaking of Cookies, is there reason I have to accept the "Cookie Policy" every time I visit the website of one of my clubs? Am I missing something in the way my browser is setup? (I'm using FireFox on Windows 10)

mwfegan Visitor	My browser is set to accept cookies and retain until they expire. I am a member of multiple clubs and regularly interact with 5 FTH websites. This morning three of the five required me to accept the cookie policy. I have had to accept the policy multiple times on some of the sites. Please investigate and fix the problem.
