We have a new member who cannot locate the opt-in/opt-out email he received when I added his membership. What is the best way to have a new opt-in/opt-out email sent to him? Should I delete his record and re-add it, or is there a better way?

Also, how will I know if a member clicks the opt-out link, either deliberately or by mistake? When members opt-in, the strike-through disappears from their name and they show up on the regular lists. But what happens if they opt-out?

Okay, I found the "Re-send Opt-in Email" option under Members > Membership Tools.

My second question remains: how do I know if a member clicks the DECLINE button?

Thank you. I am an officer in two clubs; I'll make sure all officers in both clubs are aware of this.
