I have added two new members, and they said that they've received an opt-in email. I haven't received their reply--confirming or declining. Their names are still crossed out on the roster. When are they going to be listed as members? Is it possible to get a copy of a generic opt-in or opt-out email?

On the other hand, my agenda print-out does not show the gray line or block separating one entry from another. What am I missing?

Thanks.

The strikeout is removed when they click the AGREE link in the opt-in email. They apparently have not done that yet.

Anyone with Mbr Mgt access can resend the opt-in emails if they got misplaced.

Any officer can be set to be cc'd on the emails.

Please see the following:

Thanks..
I just have a situation (right now). This involves the same person I mentioned in my previous email. Today, the new member agreed on the addition of her name and other info (12:17 pm); at 12:23, her name was deleted from the list because "she declined." ?????????????. This drives me nuts!

For the last time, I am submitting her name. I'm on the verge of giving up. A lot of time spent :(

I am so sorry to hear that.

We were requested by TM World Headquarters to make FreeToastHost compliant with the new privacy regulations, including the opt-in stuff. :(
