#2470 Saturday Morning Live Toastmasters - As website administrator, I added a new member directly into the member list. When I saved the list, the new member's entry appeared in strikeout type and a pop-up box appeared stating "Will be DELETED on/before 7/29/2018 if not opted-in." I have contacted the prospective member by phone and know that he wants to participate as a member of my club. What has to be done, either by me as an administrator, or by the prospective member, to have him opted in and thus able to authenticate and log in to the club website?

The opt-in email is sent automatically to the new member and they must click the accept link before you can add them to the agenda or anything else. If they deleted the email you can resend it using the member management pull down.
