Hi all,
I'm writing from club 234 on behalf of a member named Simone. She's using Windows 10 and Chrome.
Starting a week ago, she has been unable to log on to our club website notoast234.toastmastersclubs.org/index.c...kT5oYTScrcGhlaTvhUuB
She can click the login button and enter her name, but when she enters her password and attempts to "authenticate/login," she receives an error message (screenshot below).
Simone successfully logged in many times before last week, though occasionally she would encounter the same problem. In the past, it was always temporary and she could eventually log in if she kept trying. As of one week ago, she's getting the error message every single time.
She has changed her password several times. Each time, she receives the email with authentication key and follows the instructions. When she attempts to log in with the new password, she gets the same error message.
We have tried using the admin console to delete her member listing and then enter her anew, but it did not work.

Any advice would be much appreciated!
Apologies if this topic has already been addressed on the forum; I searched but didn't find discussion of a similar problem.

She is clicking a link from an old email.

I have sent her a new email with a new link. Please have her try that.

Also she needs to set up her browser cookies properly, she should not need a new password every time.

1) have her clear her browser cache.
2) Have her copy and paste the entire link into her browser and see it that works.

Still no luck!
Thought I'd reach out one more time for more ideas...
next step, I suppose, is to try to find a local IT-savvy Toastmaster who can sit with Simone in person and try to figure out the problem(s) on her devices.
