Under membership management I had Toastmaster Guest as a member and Toastmaster Group as a member and used This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. and This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. as a bogus email. I see with the new member opt in if these are not valid how do I get this to still be added to our membership list. We usually edit the role that the guests do or put it in the bottom of the meeting notes. How can I get this back into the list? Any other suggestions. Often the group will be evaluating which is nice to put for infomrmation. Please advise. In this case I am talking about club 5721

When you add a new member, an email is sent to the new member address as well as the administrator, once you click on save. The adminstrator can click on the link following: If you AGREE to allow your contact information to be stored & used as described, click the following:

If you are not the administrator, then follow up with that person to click on the link.

Never use a bogus email, just leave the email blank.
Records with bogus emails may get deleted
