Good Morning

Our club (# 7902) wants to set up Facebook and Meetup Sites and I was wondering if FTH provides any help or support for these initiatives. Thank you.

Not sure what you are looking for. We provide links to the various social media sites.
We do not support any widget or scripts from any social media sites, you need to go to them for support.

Please read the documentation on this site.

Thank you for your quick response. I was thinking whether you can help us set up any social media sites and if there were any special requirements that we had to comply with. However based on what I've read we can just go ahead and set it up ourselves and you would provide the links that we need to access them from the members page. This is very helpful. Thanks.

We do not have anything to do with any of the social media sites, try your District PRM.
You have to set up the links it is not automatic.

The Help Document shows the following information:
"When you save, the icons will show up in a section just below the Members Only menu. They link directly to your club's social media pages."
I am assuming that when we type in the URL for the new FB page in the space provided under "Website Settings" a link will be automatically provided on the members section. Why do we have to contact the district PRM and what does PRM mean ?. Thanks for your help.
