we have been using floater messages to post next club dates. I posted a floater and saved it. It appears on my phone, but no where else or to any other members. Can you give me some guidance?

Joan,

Thanks for the heads up. Sorry for any inconvenience. This should work now.

Also, a tip, you can put the web page variable {{nextmeetingdate}} in your floater and it will automatically get replaced with the date of the next meeting agenda in the system. Web page variables also work in floaters (I added that a while back)... I realize is not documented as such... something for us to work on in our docs, I guess.

I went in and tried to put the floater message in, and I still was not able. This is my first time to use support.toastmastersclubs.org. Am I missing something? Thanks for any additional help you can give me.

The floater is not supposed to show all the time, only on the first visit to your website for a single browsing session.
If you close your browser / tab and reopen it and reload your website, you should end up starting a new session.
