Logged in as Admin on 8/6; skimmed the top two 7-18 messages and tried to click on Save.
(Note I never had this type of error just reading the list of modifications).

***DATA TRANSFER ERROR***
JavaScript Function=ShowMessages Dialog
Status=error
Error=Request URI Too Long

Please notify us about this at support.toastmastersclubs.org .

Had two Data Transfer errors when logged in as self/VPE - but can'r remember what caused them.

Actually, this did warrant a code change by me... I switched the http data transfer method from a "GET" to a "POST" to handle the extra length. If you reload, you should not get this particular data transfer error ("Request URI Too Long") again.

The root issue here is that I never expected people to hold onto these messages forever. It causes some headaches like this data transfer error... I have been considering just truncating them off at some length... I know admins would likely get PO'd if I do that, but I may have to at some point. Sending all these messages back and forth to the server just sucks up a lot of server performance and can cause other issues. I have recently started caching them on user's computers, but the sheer size of the text (if retaining all of them) can still cause headaches.
