sgkincaid Topic Author Offline New Member Posts: 2 Thank you received: 0	Hello, I was trying to create agendas for the remainder of 2018 and some have appeared in the dropdown but others have not. Is there a limit to the number of agendas that the systems holds? Is there a way of deleting multiple agendas? We have some listed back to 2013. Thanks in advance for your help.

When creating agenda, always start from the + until the final save. No short cuts!

If you don't do all the steps you will just change the date on the agenda you are editing.

Do NOT delete agendas as they are you meeting role history and all the role, speeches, and attendance reports are based on the old agendas.
