We have been having trouble signing a member up. We were final able to add her and received the message below that Darlene has approved being added. Unfortunately her name still does not appear on the Club Member list. Can you please tell me what we are doing wrong?

Also - is there any way you can just add someone directly and circumvent this e-mail approval process? This is not a process we are abusing. Is an override available.

Thanks.

George
