Adding Guests to an Agenda 5 years 6 months ago #72131

LindaA Topic Author Offline New Member Posts: 14 Thank you received: 1	Occasionally both of my clubs have guest speakers - or a guest takes on a role such as timer or Wizard of Ahs. We would like to add their names to the agenda. Is there any reasonable way to do this?

Brian Offline Administrator Posts: 11644 Thank you received: 3880	1) Always provide your club number. 2) add a member called Guest with no email address. Use the Guest as the place holder for any non member in the Agenda. 3) you can update the Role Description with their name.
