A former guest has become a member of our club. I am trying to add him to club members list, but his name has a line across on members page, and I am not able to add him as a member. Please advice how to proceed.

There are 2 guests whose names have shown up on our members page, but their names have a line across as well. I need them to be removed from my members page. When I try to remove them, nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

ALL people being added to the website are required to authorize the addition by clicking on the accept link that was sent to them in an email.

If the person was on the guest list then you move them from the guest list to the member list. If they have a line through the they never authorized the addition you will have to resent the link using the "resend opt-in" tool from the pull down

You need to make sure when you add people you add them to the correct group. unless they click the accept opt-in link you can only delete them and re-add to the guest list, where they will still need to opt-in.

Thank you,
