Thanks to Brian for what he provided, below... to build a rack of future agendas. but...I'm missing a step but don't know where (I lose the actual ready-to-roll template and have to rebuild it from scratch. What am I missing?

There are a couple of ways to add agendas, my preference is to work from a fully-loaded agenda, lacking names of people playing.
As the admin, or VP-Ed or other officers with the rights to create and edit agendas
1 log in and click on agendas. Your next meeting will be displayed, or a header will be displayed if you do not have a next agenda.
2 Click the + icon to add an agenda.
3 Now you are in the Creating a New Agenda screen (Bill: but I want a full rack of .
4 Click on the date, choose a date.
5 For the Select a Template, you can use a template if you have one or choose a recent agenda.
6 The starting time will change to match the template or the agenda you use.

I'm missing something...and end up having to build each new agenda from scratch... Help, please!

Agendas are created 1 by 1 from a template that you have created.

So, I can't pull a past template and plug/over-write each function/description: so I write it all anew, through Table Topics (rewrite the detail), Speaker No. 1 (rewrite the detail)....with each function? I thought I'd done that years ago to plug in lots of detail from past agenda?
Cheers!

Any detail in the role description of a template will be carried forward to the new agenda.

Bill, go and build an Agenda Template in the Admin console.

I built the agenda but...how do I convert it to the agenda that will live on the needed website? Also in developing the agenas, each item which appears with a 'pencil' symbol isn't accurate. It won't allow you to alter the to/from field where the length of time is concerned. Can this be fixed?
Cheers!

Bill:
You have created 11 agenda templates, I hope you know which one is the correct one.
Follow the documentation support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/creating-a-new-agenda

When you use the pencil to edit the role, the role description shows at the bottom of the page. There is a dropdown box below the role description "Agenda item assigned duration" - you can select the time there - that will automatically adjust the times displayed in the time column
