I've used the "make name tags" function under membership management before. However, it seems like the last person either I, or someone, made a name tag for is now the only person who appears on name tags we attempt to create using this function. I've been doing this on my Apple MacBook Pro, with Safari. However, I also tried with the same results, in Google Chrome. Even though I've selected a variety of other names to create name tags for, I still only find that the system creates name tags for the same person's name left in the system. I'm wondering if there's a way to clear out any saved name tags, and start fresh?

Replace the existing first name with {{firstname}}
Replace the existing last name with {{lastname}}

Include the double curly brackets, they serve as placeholders for the actual names which are printed.
Keep the font sizes as they are if that works well for your club

Alternatively choose one of the templates. The templates icon is the one to the left of the image icon.
