Our Guest "book" on the web site is getting rather large. I'd like to retire names that are there but would want to do it based on how long they've been there (like, over a year ago or so - TBD). I don't see that there's any way to do that. Is there? I figure I COULD create a new group and just move names to it, but still... I'd like to be able to select by date.
I tried searching in the forum, but couldn't think of how to do so other than by "Tracking Old Guests" and of course there were no hits.

(FYI: I just noticed that the "Preview" truncates after 132 characters, but content seems to survive).

1) Most email addresses are not valid after 18 months
2) With the new privacy laws you should not be keeping guest information longer than you told them you will.
3) You can submit as a suggestion but I do not think it will happen.

We do have the information in our database as to when people were added. It does exist for db administration purposes. However, we are not showing that information anywhere currently. We would need to do some sort of tool tip or similar to show that. :?
