Our club (Toasters Digest, club # 714439) has acquired a new member who we've already given access to our club website. I wanted to assign a role for one of our upcoming meetings to this member, but the member's name does not appear in the drop-down list when I go to edit the agenda and assign the role. What's wrong?

Thanks in advance for your time and help.

Did the member accept being added to the website. We would love to help determine the problem but you didn't even provide a first name of the new member.

Thank you,

NO, Hasselbeck. has not accepted the addition to the FTH website. You will need to reset them the email and ask them to click the accept link.

There is a glitch in the system then. Member already opted in. We will ask them to opt in again.

They may have opted-in to the Toastmasters.org website, but not the FTH website.

I am writing only about the FTH website. We use the member management section in the admin console to add members, they opt in, and then it becomes possible to assign roles on agendas.

In particular, the member's name switched from being listed in strikethrough style format to normal format (switch happened yesterday or the day before). We have contacted the member and asked them to opt in again.
