Hi,

My name is Kinha Leung, I'm the web master/website administrator for FoxVox Toastmasters Club #9771. 1 of our club members is experiencing a problem logging in to the club website. He has been our club member for a long time and did not have login problem before. Few days ago when he tried to log in from home, he got the error message as follows:
"You must be added by website administrator and have approved your addition to this website before logging in"

Wonder if you can email me your suggestion with documentation if available as what we need to do to resolve this club member's log in problem.

Hi Kinha Leung, you aren't the only one with this same problem. I posted mine 3 days ago. The advice I got was "Clear cookies. And browser cache" which my member hasn't done yet.

There appear to be several threads named "Club Member Can't Login" or similar. One of the Administrator should find your thread soon.

PS, District 30 covers Chicago suburbs; where's your club? (Send off-line private message, don't post here.)

This is the standard message any member sees on the login form. Is this where your members are seeing it? If not please ask them to describe when they see it (eg after entering their password, after clicking the login button....)

I was able to log in as Allan, the issue is at his computer.

Have him check his cookie setting to this Doc.
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings

Have him clear his browser cache and cookies and try again
