There is no Luke in member management.

One of 2 things happened, the email address was wrong and record was deleted by the system or
The member clicked the disallow link in the email.

Add the member again and make sure email is correct and the member knows to click the allow link in the email.

He also opted in to the main toastmasters site as well and didn't have any issues. How do I resend the email? And I did not add him.. Our treasurer did..
