Hi team

I am assisting a new club in my district, that has not yet chartered, to get set up. As part of the process I suggested that they establish a FTH club website, however, their request was rejected. The reason given is that the club does not appear to have paid its Application to Charter fee. I have attached a screen shot of the club's record from the District Central Prospective Clubs page. This shows that the club has been assigned club number 7254964.

I have noticed that none of the recent applications (from our district at any rate) mention that the fee has been received. This seems to be a change on Toastmasters Internationals part. Is this the reason for the website request being denied?

Is there some way in which we can assist this club to acquire a FTH website so that they can gain the benefits that having a website and the associated tools will provide them, please?

Many thanks

The club can contact TI and get the prospect page fixed, or the person who received the reject can email the receipt attached to the reject email.
