Hi,
We are still having issues with our website when we sign up for a role. I just did from my desktop. I was signing up for role, it greyed out and sat there. I hit refresh and it put me in. Others get the spinning thingy still and it stays for a long time. One member is member of other clubs with FTH and she never has that problem with others. Is there a limit on photos, etc. that can be on the site, either on home page or in custom pages where we show what's happening in our club? Image size restrictions or anything? I went back and made some smaller just in case. I have asked members to give me specific info when they have a problem; I have already told them not to use their cellphones but rather their desktops.

Would really like to get our website functioning as it used to and would appreciate any help you can give. Are there any settings in the website that may cause it - any that we may have set up wrong, etc. Could you review our website and see if you find any issues?

I was able to log in as you the member very quickly.
You do have a bad image on your home page, Pathways_Web_Banner_Ad_thumbnail_336x280.png

What operating system are you using? Version?

I see the problem on your current agenda only. I tried logging in as you and signing up for roles on some of the other agendas, but they take quickly. I can't pick anything "different" about the current agenda.
Please will you try signing up for a future agenda and see if that is okay

Logging in isn't the issue. It's signing up in the agenda recently. See Pam's comments below.

Others use their cell phone but I told them not to do that. But even on desktops they had that spinning thingy when trying to sign up for roles.

Myself on my desktop I am using Windows 7 Professional 2009 Service Pack I, Firefox browser Version 67.0.1 (64-bit) and is up to date. Not sure what other members are using.

Pam,
I signed up on current agenda and I had to refresh for it to take. Signed up on the following week and it with only a slight hesitation it took it. The current agenda shouldn't be any different. They are being posted by a new VPPR who isn't as familiar with FTH, but he has been shown how to do it.

I created a new agenda using 13 June as a template - it was also very slow. I've deleted it.
I then created a new agenda (for 14 June) using your 20 June agenda as template, that works well. Please check that all the roles are correctly assigned and if so, delete your 13 June agenda and change the date of the new one from 14 to 13 June. Let us know if it happens again.

By the way - you should try using asterisk notation for recurring roles to make the later occurrences autofill: See the Repeated and Grouped roles section in this document: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/editing-an-agenda
