My club's new VPM is asking if there is a way to "clean up" the lists mentioned above w/o deleting. She asked about archiving, and I wondered if there was a way to archive former members, prospects and guests?

No there is no way of archiving. You should actually be thinking of deleting, guest and prospects after a short period of time.
If someone hasn't joined the club after a couple of months why do you hang on to their information?

On average an email address does not last longer than 18 months.

Thank you,

Hi, Brian, I'm honestly not sure. I was assisting one of our club's founders as she was the webmaster, but they never clear out any of the old messages or delete any of the older membership/prospects/guests. For as long as I've been in the club (5 years next month), that's been their unexplained practice. I agree with you, should be deleted, so now it's time to poke the bear. :) Thank you!
