I have added a Print Option that allows users to toggle the inclusion of the Meeting Description in the printed agenda, regardless of which print layout you are using. For those of you who requested this for the Toastmasters print layout in the past, I will caution you in advance that you may not be that impressed with the resulting printout--that is why I put off including the Meeting Description in that layout.



As many of you have the TM logo in your Meeting Description, you will likely end up with it duplicated if you include the Meeting Description in the printed agenda using the TM Layout. You will either have to ditch the logo from your Meeting Description or you will have to learn how to apply the "noprint" class to the logo image in the editor Source View. Either way is messy and not really ideal. Keep in mind that this is the trade-off for a nicer looking print layout. ;)

When I try to print ANY existing agenda (logging in as Admin or as Ralph), the Agenda Header does not appear (in Print mode) so it is not printed; only the Agenda Items appear and are printed! HELP! Is it something I did, or is it a bug in this new feature?
I also don't know if this impacts other club members trying to print agendas (few do other than VPE).
(I can still modify agenda items as Admin to correct spelling, add missing functionary names in comments.)

It happened after I was experimenting with this new feature, and something went wrong after I backed out. When I finally was able to define our Venue location, and saw it appear in the agenda - I saved it as copy - Agenda header only, but no Agenda Items in the copy. I hope to resolve this by Sunday, when my VPE returns and can hopefully print the agenda - even if I can't.


I don't know if this affects other members (such as VPE) from print agendas.

Ralph, the new Include Meeting Description Option is OFF by default, to accommodate the TM Layout print.

If you are using the FTH Standard print layout, you will need to enable the new option to see the Meeting Description.
