My club just chartered last month, and the first thing I did was forward the domain to our new custom domain after getting approval for the website. Only issue is not the mail server is not responding, I followed the instructions, and while my website did switch domains the mail keeps returning a delivery incomplete dns error 5147292. Did I miss something?

www.newbeginningstm.org
Club number 7336310
website domain is registered on www.hostinger.com

You did not set up an MX record and you did not point mail.newbeginningstm.org to the server IP address.

Thus.... no email via the server as a result.

Refer to support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview

Actually I did, here's the screenshot.
Did I miss anything?
I followed the instructions and even the DNS Lookup confirms that the MX is pointing to mail.newbeginningstm.org

I just checked again and your DNS is NOT broadcasting an MX record
and no A record for mail.newbeginningstm.org

You need to contact your registrar or DNS host.

I made a change in the DNS settings, it's not broadcasting an mx at the moment while it's updating. My question is this, does my screenshot above show the proper configuration? I ask this because it was set up that way based on the Instructions.

You can use www.digwebinterface.com/ to see what is being broadcast. Regardless of what you entered w/ your registrar, what matters to us is what is being broadcast.
