Hello team, In admin console our club has received a notification regarding "inability to create/renew an HTTPS certificate". I am an extreme novice in this area of technology and hope you can help. I have attached the domain renewal paid in Feb as well as the results of the digwebinterface search that was recommended in the notification. Can you please advise us on how to fix this? Thanks for your assistance, and I'm sorry if this has caused problems in the background.
Kind regards
Suzy Molloy, Serendipity TM Club #648004

Custom domain name DNS records are not configured correctly, so no cert will be generated until that is addressed.

Please reference the following document for guidance on configuring your custom domain name DNS via your registrar's website. (consult their customer service for help w/ their website)

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview

Once this is correctly handled we can manually trigger the cert getting generated.
