I asked for suggestions, a few days ago, to help a member with their Opt-In process, because the link they received was/is was not 'clickable', the suggestion to 'copy/& paste the link into their search engine wasn't helpful to them, because they are not tech savvy at all, and can't understand the process. Is there any way that we can be assured that, if I request a resend of the email, it will include a clickable link? Any help you can give me will be GREATLY appreciated!

Unfortunately, we have been finding that some email agents (e.g. Outlook) are altering the links in plain text emails that our server sends out. (very frustrating for us :pinch: ) This is not something we have any control over and I have not (yet) come up with a workable strategy to try to prevent that altering from happening.

Copy and Paste the text link into their browser.
That is the only solution available.
