Stephen's email should work now. He hosts his email in a data center that frequently spams FTH. and the email server IP was blocked. This could happen again.

Hi Brian,

want to check with you one more thing -
so Stephen is able to receive emails now, however he mentioned there was a long delay for him to receive the emails. He compared - it was about a 10-minute delay from the time the email sent to the time he received. Do you know what might cause the delay for him to receive mails? Thanks. Jin

Mondays and Tuesdays are our busiest days for emails. Keep in mind that we are all sharing a single server.
I think 10 minutes is fine for a Tuesday.

Hi Steve, thanks for your reply.

Just want to double check - would the delay apply to all receivers?

The reason I asked was that I didn't experience a long delay myself. When I sent emails out to all members, I got a copy within a minute. But, it sounded like it took a lot longer for Stephen to receive the same email. Jin

It is possible that it takes a while for his email server at his email processor to connect.

You can check that here: www.checktls.com/TestReceiver
It gives times to connect, etc.
