Earlier this year I had my club members update their profiles by checking both boxes for "your club admin can edit your member profile for you" AND "be included in the public Meet Our Members page". Several of the members including myself did so. Today the new VP of Education asked me why only two members were listed on the MOM page. My MOM page showed several members listed; however, when I refreshed the page I too only had the two members. I was not one of the members listed so I went to edit my profile. The box for "be included in the public Meet Our Members page" was no longer checked. Can you clarify ... do members need to ANNUALLY check "be included in the public Meet Our Members page"? If so, is there an assigned month?

You are presuming a some things about how the system works that frankly do not apply.

Only the member themselves (logged in as a member) can choose to include or remove themselves from the Meet Our Members page, for privacy reasons, regardless of how the admin editing checkbox is set. We used to enable the admin to toggle that setting on for Members, but when all the privacy stuff hit us, I disabled the checkbox for anyone but the member themselves logging and changing it. I don't even think that Brian or I can change the checkbox via the dialog. (I set it to work that way.)

Club member (Pat Flodman) updated her profile and checked the box to be included on the MOM page. When I reviewed her profile on the MOM page, I noticed that she had added a personal line to her bio after after the officer history. She didn't put in a paragraph return so it looked like a run on sentence. As the website admin, I went into her profile and added the paragraph return. She no longer shows up on the MOM page.

Shouldn't the box "be included in the public Meet Our Members page" STAY checked just like the "your club admin can edit your member profile for you"?

Due to privacy laws, Only the member can turn on the Meet our member tag, and update their bios.
Your touching it caused it to be turned off, your member will have to turn it on again.
