It appears that cookies are disabled for your browser for your club website. A cookie is a small file kept on your computer to store information between visits to a website. Your club website needs to be able to store information in a cookie file on your computer during your visit. If you do not correct this, you will likely have issues with logging into your club website-- your log in status may be "forgotten" and you may have to log in repeatedly. You can change a setting to enable cookies in your web browser. Please refer to the following links for more information:

This is what comes up. This is new, we've never seen this before. All of our computers are running normal and no other websites gives us this warning. None of us can enter our site, www.PortageToastmasters.com. What happend and can this be fixed quickly?

Who is "none of us"?
Are you trying to log in as members or admin?
I can see that 3 members have logged in to your site in the last 4 hours
Please confirm that you have cookies enabled: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/cookie-settings.

Linda, Kerri and myself, we all use chrome. This week we got the cookie message and couldn't log in through chrome. We all use lots of webites and this is the only one with that message, both as members and admins.
We tried Interent Explorer and that allowed us to log in.
What do you think caused this issue?

I have no idea what caused it. Have your chrome cookies been disabled? Are they enabled for some sites but not this one? Have you tried logging in through chrome again?
You probably only get the message when trying to save a change. You wouldn't get the message on other sites (assuming the settings are the same for all sites) unless you are doing something similar.
