Hi: I have used FTH for a few years and like it and find it user friendly.
We had a member join over a year ago and she had the same email address which we use in emails too - all good!
A few months ago she stopped receiving emails from FTH - all looks good but email checker says address is bad - double checked - all correct.
Deleted member and readded with same email address - opt in email was sent - she did not receive - resent - email checker still says email address is “BAD”
Please advise.

1) Never delete a member all her history has now been lost.
2) Your member hosts their email in a datacenter that spams FTH. I have removed the block for her mail server.
3) I sent her a test email and it shows she received
