This question wasn't answered for me in the Documentation Index.

I have a template set up and chosen for meetings for months ahead.
I have tweaked a single agenda to a better flow.. I saved it as an additional template..
Now.. if I change the templates in each future agendas will it erase all the folks who have signed up for roles already? I am not really wanting to have to go into each individual agenda to make the changes reflect what we really want.

The documentation didn't make this clear and I don't want to risk ERASING.. the signups that have already been input.

Thanks for your response.

Once a dated agenda is created it has to changed individually.
Changing the template does not change any dated agenda.

Templates won't change existing dated agendas, they will only show up in new agendas created from the new template.

You could run a multiple meeting signup sheet for your existing future agendas to record the role takers, and then assign them to the new agendas you create.

yeah.. that was what I was thinking I probably would have to do.
I was hoping I could just switch templates for the selected agenda and have all the role players remain in their assigned spots.. but I guess we're just not quite that intuitive in FTH quite yet.
Thanks for confirming that that is probably what I have to do.

I knew that but I was hoping that if one changed the template for a specific agenda it would roll the role players over into the new agenda.. but no such luck apparently..
I like Pam's idea below and I think that will be the most time efficient way of applying the new template since the software won't do it for me.

Hope you are doing well Brian.. I missed seeing everyone at convention this year.. and yeah we were online for the virtual one, but as far as friend connections are concerned it's just not the same.. Hopefully in Nashville.
