We tried to clear cookies and cache. We then tried to delete me and repost me on website. When I got the opt in message I still got the same message I posted.

I have 2 questions: 1. Why did my password stop working and why do I get that message when trying to login. 2. How do I get it it fixed? I appreciate your assistance.
