Why do I keep getting this message? How do I fix it?

There was an error with your login -- the Session ID attached to your e-mail (jIbEbHeA8W0gng9AUmDQ0Fb6J) was not valid. Please check to make sure the full link from the most recent email was used when clicked.

I suddenly couldn't log in to our website a week ago. We tried to clear cookies and cache. We then tried to delete me and repost me on website. When I got the opt in message I still got the same message I posted.

1) never delete a member you have lost all your history.

2) the opt-in link has successfully been clicked, that link can only be used once.

Where are you getting the link you are currently clicking?

The opt in link is the last link I clicked on that didn't work but got message that I sent you so I am not sure what you mean by what link I am currently clicking on. I have 2 questions:
1. Why did my password stop working and why do I get that message when trying to login.
2. How do I get it it fixed?

I appreciate your assistance.

Why your old password stopped working, I can not tell as your records were removed, next time contact us first.

I suggest you request a new password and log in.
