Our club is just starting out with FreeToastHost so forgive me if the answer to my question is obvious..

Is there any way that I can assign meeting roles to guests? When we have guests who are experienced Toastmasters like our Area or Division Director they may take on roles during our meeting. For example, we like having someone who hasn't been to one of our meetings before act as our General Evaluator. It is helpful to hear comments coming from a new perspective. I would like to have their name show on the agenda, but I can't figure out how to do this.

What am I missing?

Non-members cannot be added to the agenda.
What most clubs do is create a member called "Guest" with no email and use Guest as a place holder in the agenda.

We encounter this often. I had been editing the role to add the guests name to the agenda item description and disabling "This is a role for which members can sign up".

I like your idea better. We now have a member named Guest.
