The documentation states:
"Add a speech title and an introduction. The title is visible to everyone, but only the VPEd, Toastmaster, admin and President/chairman can see the introduction."
Can you add Toastmaster of the meeting to this list? This person is the one that needs to see it, print it, and use it.

The Toastmaster CAN read and print the introduction.
You need to fix your agendas both template and dated for re-occurring roles and put * at the front and end of the role name.
