When I looked at the project description from within the FTH site for the EC Level 3 projects Reaching Consensus #1 and #2 while coaching a member, the same PDF came up. Is this correct? One is a 20-minute event and the other is a 2-3 or 5-7 minute speech (but I'm not sure how they work). Not sure where to find the project descriptions on toastmasters.org.

When we set up the PDFs initially, some "related" projects/speeches from TI were combined in the same PDF.

I would appreciate it if you or someone else can take a look and pull the latest PDFs off of Base Camp so we can take a look.

Pam has been managing this (wonderfully)... she may have additional insights.

The description gives the details for both options.
The evaluation form also includes both options (the first 3 pages are for option 1, the last 3 for option 2)
The way I read it, the long option is for a project done at a club meeting, actually a 20 minute event followed by a 2-3 minute speech/summation. The other option is for a speech at the club after an external exercise.

The only reason that there are 2 options on the FTH agenda is because of the different timing details. One is 23 minutes, the other is 7 minutes. Both sets of documents are identical.
