Agenda taking a long time to save and then not sending 3 years 10 months ago #84481

Hi everyone,
Last night for Limestone Coast Toastmasters (in South Australia) the agenda didn't send out via email. I tried twice and on both occasions it said email sent without any errors. However the emails never arrived. In the end I printed the agenda and sent it to all members as an attached pdf. Has anyone else had this issue? Both myself and the previous VPE have noticed that any agenda changes are taking along time to save. Much longer than they used to. Both of us had individually put it down to our own internet until we started discussing it since he actually has very fast internet. I'm not sure if there is anything we can do to speed up the saving since it's taking minutes. When sending out an agenda I set it going then leave my laptop because it's taking so long to send out to our 10 members. More worrying than the time is that the agenda didn't send out. I fully expected to see the agendas there this morning because they had been stuck in a queue somewhere (what queue I don't know  ) but they haven't showed up.Please let me know if you need anything from me to help sort out what happened.
