Our club (PMI Chicagoland) is having difficulties with our list host (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) - this is the email address that's generated from the website. We didn't create it.

Multiple members have reported that they are not receiving the emails sent to that address. We have confirmed that these members have enabled receiving emails, and they've checked their spam, promotions, junk, etc. folders. Others of us are receiving them.

Could you advise?

Couple of quick follow-ups then...

Do you know why it used to work fine and now isn't?
Do you know why some people are getting the emails and others aren't?
Do you know how to update it? It's the email that was auto-generated when the site was created (before my time)

What was the subject name?
Update it? What email was auto generated?

Interesting! It seems the folks that haven't been getting it are all new members that have joined within the last six months.

One that didn't go through for some folks had the subject line "Time to Vote!" and came from: Toastmasters Club 2072645 <This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.> auto-generated. Another had the subject line "Officer Roles & Elections 2021", which I sent to Toastmasters Group <This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.>.

Looks like the 's' is on those after all...

looks to me that they all went through. You will have to be specific with the members names for me to look further.

Thanks for digging. One of the members is on there - james.a.peterson3 @ gmail.com - it says it was a successful send, but he never received it (incl. junk); another is not on the list - samhar.hoz1 @ gmail.com. We verified that she's signed up to receive all notifications at that email (I just reverified as well).

Are you sure that Sam was a member on 2021/6/29 as no email was sent to that address before that date and the second opt-in was only sent on 6/29
