Delete the button code for it in the Dues Tool.

Steve, where is the Dues Tool? The Dues Management dialog box doesn't show any code for the PayPal button - and no way to disable it.

We sometimes refer to the Dues Management module as the Dues Tool.

I'm sure you are right. Are we talking HTML code? I must be looking in the wrong place. All I can see is in the picture I uploaded.

Excellent! Thank you.

We don't use the "Invoice" at all. Would you delete that for us too?

If you are not going to use the Dues tool just ignore the invoice.

Apparently I'm not seeing the version of the Tool you guys see. I would like to ignore the invoice - but when we send the Dues Renewal Letter, using - Send Notices/Track Payments -, the invoice gets tacked onto the end of the letter. (See the attached pdf which shows the contents of the email that each member receives.) The invoice wording is not visible in the Invoice Settings panel - which is the only place where we have any control over the contents of the dues letter.

The invoice is part of the Dues management tool. If you don't want to use the invoice you won't be able to use the tool.

I sent the letter, with the empty invoice at the bottom. The fact that the Dues Management tool labels each individual email with the member's name is very nice. It beats sending the dues letters addressed to "dear member".

In our case, ALL the features/functions of the Dues Management tool are very helpful/useful - except for the invoice and the PayPal button. It would be a nice upgrade to make both the invoice and the PayPal button optional via check boxes - or something similar.

Thanks for all you do for Toastmasters everywhere!

You can always make a suggestion in the suggestion forum. If enough clubs back your suggestion is will be reviewed for consideration when and if the Dues tool goes for a rewrite.
