Can I set the calendar not allow TMs to click on a calendar to enter events.

Thank you for the QUICK response!
Don't kill me. I am asking for someone, not me...

"I do not want members to enter stuff in our calendar. ie their speaking engagements etc. We will promote them another way. I just want it to be things we as administrator, President, PR and Ed add. How do I set it up this way?"

I think the answer is still no.  Am I correct?
