I want an invited guest to take a speaking role and appear in the agenda... how?  Please?

I have struggled and struggled .... looked on the Net .... many suggest creating a fictitious GUEST within the membership .... there must be a simple way of inviting a guest, having them appear on the agenda for all to see.  I speak at many clubs as a guest .... but none of the clubs use ToastHost

We are Battle Speakers Club, a 'resurrected'  club with nine members and have to have guests speak and take roles .... HOW?  Please ......

This is the way.

By design (for several reasons) site access level functions (such as the agenda) are limited to club members.

There's no limit to the number of guest accounts that can be used. We've seen clubs maintain multiple fake accounts in their membership management for various meeting roles that don't regularly occur. (contest roles for example). Also useful if you often have more than one guest speaker at a meeting.

Currently, some clubs add a fictitious guest to assign for the guest meeting role and export the agenda as a PDF shared by the Fjle Manager or email as an attachment or link to a storage folder, such as Google Drive.

Alternatively, have you tried adding the guest on the guest tab and moving them temporarily to the members tab for exporting/printing an agenda to share with their name appearing for the corresponding role? You can then quickly switch them back to the guest tab to avoid accessing members only information that they may not have access to without a prompt to log in and explore. It’s not ideal, but it seems to achieve your three goals.
