When entering new members in the FTH Membership Management portal, the new contact information will not save. Usually it saves with the line crossed through it until the member opt-in. However 3 admins have attempted to add our newest member and it will not save her info. Please help.

It may well be that the person actually does exist in Membership Management in one of the other lists (e.g. Guests, Prospects, etc.)   Usually that is why you are prevented from adding the person.   Check that if that is the case... if so, you can just move the person the Members list via the Move tools in the drop down.

What is the error you are getting when trying to add the new member.
If you do not see the error please provide their name and email address and I will try and add them to see what the error is.
