Site Admin Password Reset not coming to the two of us who are still Club Active 2 years 2 weeks ago #87446

Hi. I'm the VPPR and interim VPE for All Nations Toastmasters. Website:  2459634.toastmastersclubs.org/
I am the name as the site Admin. 
The Site Admin three emails, the gmail is the one which now no-one who is still active now we can't access. My email (My Name at My Name dot com) is cited as one of the three to whom the reset password email would be sent. However, I am not receiving anything. 
Help, please. 

Secondarily, my email is now also the one cited at Find-A-Club.

If you used the admin login "Did you forget your password?" the reset email went to the gmail address that nobody in your club can access.

The three emails you mentioned are the recipients of the administrator change form. In the case of a club admin email that can no longer be accessed (even though your name is shown as the club admin) this is the appropriate way to restore that access. This process is designed to ensure FTH properly grants admin access to a club site. Please follow the instructions here;

If you already submitted this form your club president should also have a copy of the admin change email. One of both of you may need to check spam folders for it.
