I log into my club's website using the admin credentials. It successfully gets me in. Then, right after making a change and clicking SAVE, it tells me I am no longer logged in. I tried this several times over several hours with the same end result. My assumption is this is an FTH-side issue, but I certainly could be wrong about that.

The error message was that I was no longer logged in. I tried a different browser a bit ago, just to see if that made a different. I also tried making a different setting change and still got the message that I am no longer logged in.

Just had the club President log in as admin and she got the same result -- we can log in as admin, launch the admin console. Then, any action to change-and-save gives the error message that we are no longer logged in.

We need your club number to investigate.
Does your club use a private domain name?  If so make sure that you have your DNS records set up as per the documentation here: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview

We use metcalf.toastmastersclubs.org/ for club #4843
It worked fine in the morning the other day. Then, in the afternoon, it started logging us out whenever we hit SAVE. I just tried again and get that error message. The error message appears in a window behind a warning message about not supporting JavaScript.

Scripts are not supported by FreeToastHost.  I've removed your scripts, it should be okay now.

Home page contents for club/district '4843' stripped of scripts. Original contents were as follows:

<div class="fontb">Metcalf Toastmasters was chartered as a Company Club in 2003. Our Club is <strong>Open </strong>- meaning anyone can join. Our members work in many professions, and our speeches cover every imaginable topic! We typically have about 12 - 14 people at a meeting, so everyone has a chance to talk. The group includes relatively inexperienced speakers who are still learning to feel confident in front of an audience and more experienced speakers who have been with the Club for years. We all help each other to learn. Everyone has fun during the meetings and brings the benefits of sharper communication and leadership skills back to their jobs and daily lives. <br />

Metcalf Toastmasters have participated in Area and District Speech contests., with some winning at the Area level and a past member winning at the District level.</div>

I thank you for your effort Pam. However, the issue remains. I can navigate around the website settings via the admin logon but as soon as I try to save any change, it gives the "you are logged out" message. I attempted to look at the custom webpages but the dropdown is an arrow only without any page names.

You seem to have unsupported code all over your site.  I suggest you copy or somehow make backups of your Home Page and Meeting Information / Directions Page.  Once you've done that delete them if you can, else we can try to delete them.

Some of your custom pages are also bad.  You can access them in edit mode using the pencil icon when logged in as a member

When rebuilding the pages, please do so within the guidelines - see our Terms of Use:

I joined this Metcalf club a couple of months ago, thus, unknown who has supported the website in the past. At best, I can copy source code from some of the webpages. However, if I hit SAVE anywhere, it gives the "logged out" message. I only get the pencil edit icon while logged in as admin vs. logged in with my own ID.
It just seems strange that it was working Tuesday morning then that afternoon, when I logged back in, the error began happening. That morning I uploaded some Public Document documents and organized the list a bit, plus, I added a new custom page for Meeting Roles and it appeared to work fine (a few years ago I had added this same page for another club). Unknown if any other club member changed something in between the morning and afternoon. From your end, can you see a Change History log of what has changed on Tuesday?

In trying different things in an attempt to determine why club #4843 cannot stay logged in as admin, I clicked on Membership Management. It gave the message: "Data Transfer Error. JavaScript Function=AJAXLoader[WhichVar=AllMembership] Status=Data transfer FAILED. Error=Logged Out. YOU ARE NO LONGER LOGGED IN. PLEASE LOG IN AGAIN. Please notify us about this at support.toastmastersclubs.org".
I clicked OK and it took me back to the home page and the admin is logged out.
Same thing occurs if I go to Email and Contact Forms.
If I attempt to go to "File Manager" or "Meeting Agenda Settings", it just hangs spinning/loading.

Many thanks for that! It resolved the issue. Do you recall which one of the webpages it was on?
