You can embed a video from YoutTUbe and that's about it, as far as I can tell unless you really know HTML, etc.., Thanks, Al club 6852 highnoontoastmasters.com

You are not limited to YouTube, if you use the Embed Media tool in the editor--the key thing is that you can only embed videos stored on someone else's server.
